Toddler Girls Gift Guide

I’ve been trying to focus on snagging Decklyn toys that will last us longer than a few months. So I figured I’d show you what my husband and I plan on getting her for Christmas this year! DISCLAIMER: These do tend to be in a higher price point but I think the quality of these items speaks for themselves. Sometimes it’s okay to splurge if it means a longer life in your home!

1. Magnetic Toy Fishing Set - My husband loves to fish and can’t wait to take Decklyn when she’s older. Until then, I thought this magnetic, wooden, fishing set would be a great gift for her! It seems large enough that she can maneuver it on her own too!

2. Plan Toys x PBK Shape Sorter - These wooden puzzles are always a big hit in our house. I find that the smaller ones get chewed up by our dogs but this will be the right size that they know it can’t be touched. Also, how adorable are these colors?!

3. Gymnastics Mat - Decklyn has been going to gymnastics since she was 11 months old and loves it! I knew she’d eventually need something to flip around on at home but didn’t realize how soon that would be. I think this beginners mat will be perfect for her to practice rolls and other tricks on. It’s also super affordable!

4. HOT COCOA Natural Playdough Sensory Kit - I’ve been seeing these go around Youtube and Instagram lately but haven’t been able to find something Decklyn could actually play with until now. This Hot Cocoa sensory kit comes with so many different pieces and is well worth the money in my opinion. I know this will keep my little one busy! I would warn, this Etsy shop does caution use of these sensory kits with children under 3. Just something to be mindful of before purchasing!

5. Kid’s Concept Doctor’s Set - I have absolutely no reason why I’m getting this for Decklyn other than it’s so so so cute. I’m also not a fan of small, plastic, breakable toys. This set is wooden so I’m hoping it will last a good amount of time.

6. Pink Retro Pedal Car - I was debating on going back and forth between this or an electric powered car but this ultimately won my buy. I can’t wait to see Decklyn’s face on Christmas morning when this is under the tree!

7. 50 Piece Wooden Block Set - These pastel colored building blocks are going to be awesome for those snowy days when we’re stuck inside. I’m not sure who will have more fun…my daughter or myself?

8. Toy Barn With Animal Figurines - Anything Hearth & Hand is great in my book. The quality is unmatched and we already have so many other toys from their collection. You’ve gotta take a peek at this barn!

9. Helping Tower - My daughter is at the age where she wants to participate in everything. And honestly, it would be so much easier if she was with me in the kitchen while I was cooking or cleaning. I think that’s why I was so drawn to this helping tower from Amazon! I know she’s going to have fun with this!
